A Serious Man

Why can't all films be like this? Well-written, well-acted, well-directed.
Because not everybody can be the Coen Brothers, that's why.

One of their best films (well, with "Barton Fink," "Miller's Crossing," "The Big Lebowski," "Blood Simple," etc). Deeply cynical, amusing, disturbing, dark. Very dark. The darkest film they've made to date. It has one message: there is no hope, there is no logic, so don't try to look for either.

And that's it. See this film.
